Fuel Your Body With SoulFire Holistics

I'm going to be the first to admit that I haven't been on top of meal prep as of lately. It seems I have become SO good at finding other tasks to occupy my day and can't get my head around all that planning, prepping and organizing. Is anyone with me?! It seems I have a problem with balancing that work-social game and it has become my reality. Guys, I'm missing out on my greens big time. 

I think now more than ever,  it's important for me to adopt healthy habits and really give my body the proper nutrients it needs to push through the grind. Gone are the days of unlimited DQ blizzards (sigh) and quick recoveries. The thing is though, I don't hate vegetables, I just need to find better ways at incorporating them into my day-to-day.

Every other week she offers 3-4 plant-based options for delivery (yep that's right, delivery) and pick-up. It's the perfect solution for those days you can't muster that strength for meal prep and especially for the days you want to order a pizza but have no excuses. Trust me, I've been there.

When Alex isn't in the kitchen, you can find her boosting up the energy in one of her Buti yoga classes. Trust me when I say this, her classes are so fun. Unlike traditional yoga, you stomp, you dance, you sweat, you shake dem hips and you leave feeling connected to yourself in a way that you didn't know was possible when you arrived. With a 200hr Yoga Training and U.S. Buti Certification under her belt, Alex brings her experience, technical ability and vibrant twist to the mat, every single time.

Being in a room with other women practicing Buti yoga is an undeniable energy boost. There's no room for judgement, you just build each other up. With primal movement, yoga, chakra balancing, a few tears and of course laughs, Buti helped me to gain my confidence back and has led me to where I am today!
