It goes without saying, we have SO many amazing farmers in the area who grow, nurture and supply amazing organic produce + goods to our community. I recently had the opportunity to visit Pat and Amy at their home, Sideroad Farm, and see where the magic happens (and I'm talking about the veggies and that sort of stuff, guys).

Gettin' Saucy w/ Mexican Street Corn

There is something so satisfying about a crunchy yet sweet cob of corn. It's the definition of summer, embodying all that is Ontario: A farmer's crop, freshly grown, and hand picked next door. I jumped on the bandwagon real quick, just as quick as it took me to whip up these bad boys.
